What we build
Three ways to put us on a job
22 years of building on one island means the local code is not something we look up. Hurricane strapping, impact glazing, concrete specified for marine exposure — all of it is assumed before a drawing is opened.

Private homes and beachfront builds across South Sound, Grand Harbour and the West Bay corridor. Structures engineered for salt exposure and rated for Category 5 wind, because on this island that is the entry requirement, not an upgrade.

AAA Construction has operated as a general contractor on Grand Cayman since 2004, from the same head office on West Bay Road it opened with. In a market where contractors appear for a boom and disappear after a storm, that continuity is the record.
