The challenge
Two office buildings on a tight commercial programme, with a lead tenant already contracted to a move-in date before ground was broken.
The solution
Built the shell and core of both buildings in parallel rather than in sequence, releasing the lead tenant floor first so their fit-out ran alongside our completion of the second building.
The result
Lead tenant moved in on their contracted date. Second building fully let within the year.
