The challenge
The owner held their own architect and engineer and needed a single point of accountability across eleven tenant fit-outs, each on a different lease date.
The solution
Took the programme, the trades and the site under construction management. Ran one works schedule against eleven separate handover dates and carried the planning and inspection process for each unit.
The result
All eleven units released for fit-out on their contracted dates. The owner retained the same arrangement for the second phase.
