The challenge
A developer with a plot, a budget and no drawings. Three units had to fit the setbacks and the site coverage limits while each still reading as a private house rather than a terrace.
The solution
Design and build from first sketch: massing tested against the planning envelope before drawings went in, then delivered under a single contract. Staggered footprints and separate entry courts give each unit its own approach.
The result
Approved at first submission to the Central Planning Authority. All three units sold before practical completion.
