The challenge
Forty-eight units on a constrained West Bay Road site, with a working hotel either side. No road closures were available and deliveries had to clear the corridor before the resort day started.
The solution
Sequenced the pour schedule around a 6am delivery window and staged materials off site, trucking in daily. Formwork was cycled floor to floor to hold the concrete programme without expanding the site footprint.
The result
Topped out on schedule with no road closure and no complaint filed by either neighbouring property.
